Changelog

What’s new in NextWave.

The big changes, newest first. Small improvements and fixes are not listed. The date is the day something was finished; rollout usually follows within a few days.

Changelog

  1. Drafts

Every claim in a draft is checked

    On request

A draft mentions amounts, dates and agreements. Every concrete claim now gets its own verdict: is it in your sources or not. A claim without a source is pointed out in the draft, so you read it before you send.

  2. Mail

    A quieter send dialog

Sending shows only what you need by default. Cc, attachments and the other choices sit under More options, as a list of checkboxes.

  3. Knowledge

Add knowledge suggestions in one go

You now add suggestions for the knowledge base in one go, and a suggestion can never end up in the knowledge base twice.

  4. Cases

    Closing warns about unanswered mail

If you close a case while a customer mail is still unanswered, you see that first.

  5. Admin

    Every setting has a screen

Settings that until now only we could change are now in Admin.

  6. Cases

The real sender behind a forwarder

    On request

When mail arrives through a web form or a forwarding address, the case is linked to whoever actually sent it.

  7. Cases

Senders that never get a reply

    On request

Per mailbox, a list of senders, such as system notifications and newsletters, for which no draft is made any more.

  8. Cases

A case closes once the reply is out

When the reply has been sent and nothing else is waiting, the case closes itself. Your work queue keeps only what is still work.

  9. Control

    An emergency pause for execution

    Early access

Next to the emergency brake on sending there is now a separate pause for the steps the team takes in your systems. One switch at the top of Admin › Skills, and nothing happens until you switch it back.

  10. Invoices

Purchase invoices as a draft in BRIXX

    Early accessOn request

A purchase invoice from the mail is read and prepared as a draft in BRIXX. What a person needs to sort out is noted in the margin; approval happens in BRIXX itself.

  11. Admin

    Access per mailbox

Per mailbox you decide who sees it. Cases from a restricted mailbox only go to colleagues who have access.

  12. Cases

    Every mail becomes a case

Mail without a clear question and mail from a colleague also get a case with a draft. Nothing falls through the cracks.

  13. Drafts

Drafts learn from the replies you sent

What you sent before serves straight away as an example for new drafts. You manage the house style, with style profiles and examples, yourself in Admin.

  14. Mail

Translate a mail to read it

You translate a mail in another language with one click. For reading only; the reply follows the customer’s language.

  15. Account

Forgot your password, from the login screen

You request a new password yourself. You get a one-time link by mail.

  16. Reliability

A stuck mailbox recovers by itself

If fetching mail for a mailbox gets stuck, the platform picks it up again by itself, without anyone having to step in.

  17. Cases

The case is one page with tabs

Now, Plan, Facts, Mail thread and Notes on one page. You edit the draft where it stands, and the day overview sums up the day.

  18. Help

A help centre in the portal

An explanation of every screen, inside the portal and without logging in to another system.

  19. Cases

The work queue with the office manager

One conversation per case: where it stands, what it rests on and exactly one question for you.

On request: switched on per organisation. Ask your contact person.
