From incoming request to finished work — with you on the button

Five layers: channels, knowledge, preparation, execution in your own systems, and control. The execution layer runs in early access; below are three examples of what it does in practice.

The five layers of the platform

Channels

Where the work comes in

Shared and personal mailboxes. WhatsApp and Slack for your own team.

Knowledge

Your work, not the internet

Knowledge base, documents and precedents from your own history.

Preparation

Draft and data

One queue for the team: edit, add a reason, sign off. The original is kept.

Execution

In your own systems

Appointments, tasks and data in the place where your team already works.

Early access
Control

Autonomy with a brake

Per mailbox and type of email: manual, smart or automatic. Emergency brake and audit log.

The execution layer
Early access

These three run in shadow mode: per case you see what the team would do, before you let it do anything. You release them per request type, at your own pace.

CalendarEarly access

It finds a time that works by itself

From the request the team works out what needs to happen, how long it takes and who needs to be there. It checks the calendars, keeps to the deadline in your procedure and prepares proposals — with the invitation ready.

In your own systemsEarly access

One email becomes work in the right place

A report no longer has to be retyped by someone first. One email becomes one case: an assignment rule gives it to the right colleague, and work that belongs in another system — such as a card on your monday.com board — the team prepares there. In the case you see what happened at each step, with the evidence; the reply to the sender waits for your approval.

Irreversible stepsEarly access

A termination: prepared up to the final check

The team reads the termination, calculates the end date using your notice period, checks the contract and the property, and prepares the change in BRIXX. The confirmation and the final inspection are in the same case.
